Delish is a scammer

tried to make a legitimate trade with this guy. I'm new to this biz so I definitely set myself up to be scammed, but a prick is a prick.

summary -
I needed a twitter bot
Delish pm's me
Says he wants $50 in amazon gc
After more talking he ups it to $75
The gift card code is sent
Says he's uploading the file
Claims he needs $50 more because he had to sign up for a premium account and now I'm responsible for the reimbursement (obviously, as free alternatives to hosting large files don't exist)
He goes on further to say that he doesn't want me running off without him receiving his reimbursement, while he is running off with my money.

Closing this, either you reimburse him or he will have to refund you and call off the trade.
