FOLT scammed me

I was scammed 400M for a 'rare' name account purchase by the member FOLT. ( http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=300847 )
He claimed about 4 days after I bought the account from him that he got RAT'd, which resulted in me getting hacked. I later initiated a PM statement asking WHY he scammed me. He sends back a pm saying "it will all be cleared up in 2-3 days" It's been almost a month. I know for certain I most likely won't be getting my money back, so I want to see this scumbag get banned.

That is the last PM I received from him in the past 20 days. We had skype conversations, but my skype settings clear messages after 2 weeks.

You might ask why I didn't file a report earlier, well the answer is there is really no point, he has my money, I have no way of getting it back. I understand that IM's are hard to prove if someone scammed, but if this doesn't prove it, then enjoy having another scammer roam the forums. Why would I make a fake scam report against someone if I get nothing out of it.

Funny when you PM him he responds instantly.

He wants to return the account to me. I'm not going to accept that account, I want the money I paid for it back, he is refusing to do so. Why would I want the account if the same thing is likely to happen again?

 

He said he doesn't have the RSGP needed to refund you, is there nothing else you could be repaid with?

 

I absolutely won't accept the account back. He can make the rat'd claim all he likes, until I get the money I paid him back, he still scammed me.

 

How much time would you like to give him to refund you?

 

I would prefer the amount I paid? But I'm guessing since you asked that, that will not be the case?

 

I'm asking how much time would you like to give him to accumulate the money needed for repayment?

 

Ah I read that wrong, my bad. I mean it's been about a month since this happened...? So what's another couple weeks. What sounds reasonable to you?
