Talk About Terrible Luck

This thought just struck me like an aluminum bat, I decided to buy pots (unf) for Herblore and wouldn't you know that Jagex announced their double exp weekend. Go freakin' figure, 10K pots (unf) away from having all the needed ingredients...I actually could make quite a profit with my raw materials though. What would you guys suggest, buy the 10K pots and wait for the 27th or hold on em' and sell em' as the week goes on?

 

I don't understand how predicting the BXP weekend is terrible luck.
Anyways I'd say hold onto them and use it yourself, last time BXP weekend people tried to merch and I remember there was a bit of an upset with the prices doing odd things.

 

The title was meant to say (pun intended) but that's my fault for multitasking I don't recall hearing that, but honestly if that does occur I'll happily train Herblore like I originally intended to so either way it's a win/win situation in front of me

I'd say use the pots for herblore, you'd save more than you would make if you merched them, assuming you want a higher herblore level and are not deterred by high prices.

 

What you said is so true, my fault guys I'll try to remember next time. And I can fully agree with you; no sense wasting time waiting whilst all the ingredients needed collect dust in my bank. The turn over wouldn't be anything I grieved over, not when gp is $.45/M anyway.

 

You might as well train herblore, using up the 2x on it for decent xp!
