Giftcards

Bought a $25 giftcard to buy something online with, won't work, says my bank denied transaction or something, I call the company and it says I still have $25 in it. Anyone know what the problem may be?

 

Is this a prepaid visa card?

 

It's a prepaid mastercard

 

Yeah, you have to select pay by credit card, enter the details and it should allow it. If it doesn't, you don't have the balance required, or if you do, you might want to contact mastercard

 

You might have to register it online. Read the back of the card

 

You have to activate it
