Best experience monster to train on?

My account has 40 attack, 43 str, 2 def, 38 hp. I haven't done any quests on it or anything. Just basically finished tutorial. Where would be the best place to train without having to bank or eat food?

Chickens or rock crabs

 

You always could try Rock Crabs or Experiments.

 

Pretty sure you need a quest for Experiments, might try rockcrabs though.

 

Yeah just wear iron. You won't need much food

 

You don't mate, Not needed to do any quest only start Creature Of Frankenstein, also you can access Canifis without doing Priest In Peril anymore

 

Yeah I plan on wearing iron, just don't want to have to bank often or anything, cows are getting boring.

 

Just bot and leave it at the level 2 rats south of varrock, youll never need to eat

 

I'd recommend Flesh Crawlers/Minotaurs/Rock Crabs at your level.

Flesh Crawlers - Stronghold of Security level 2
Minotaurs - Stronghold of Security level 1
Rock Crabs - North of Relekka/North of Rel Slay Dung.

i personally would start over and try to keep 1 defence, anyways id go with rock crabs too

 

2 def isn't really a huge deal.

 

The no brainer would be rock crabs, they have the highest constitution compared to rats, minotaurs, so on so forth. Not to mention there are scripts specifically written for crabbing.

 

Security stronghold minotaurs because there wont be people there. Wait for more strength till you go to rock crabs IMO.
