Looking to upgrade GFX Cards

I get the same scores with a single gtx 460
Core i3
6gig ram
Non ssd 1tb hdd

And I got all of that for less than a third of the one of those cards

In terms of fps I was under the impression that anything over 60 fps was unnoticeable to the human eye.

 

Yes, but being at 100+ on high graphic intensive games, keeps you from dropping below that 60fps mark when a game really taxes your GPU's. These days, depending on what you're doing, where you're at, and what game you're playing, it's not entirely un-realistic for FPS to scale in the range of 20-50fps. Having a "Surplus" as you will, prevents you from having noticeable FPS lag.

In a sense, kinda of. If you have a 60HZ monitor, really anything over 60fps is pointless(minus games like COD where 125fps=jumping further, 250=higher etc etc), but try using 60fps on a 120HZ monitor, then 120fps, you will see a huge difference in the smoothness of the games, FPS' especially.

 

Any idea how much shipping would be? If it's not too expensive then sure. GFX cards are ridiculously overpriced in the UK so you're doing me a huge favour here.

PS: I can't actually buy it till the end of the month. If by some miracle you're willing to ship it early and have me pay you in full at the end of the month that would be awesome.
