A real server legitimately like old RuneScape?

Are there any servers that are legitimately like old Runescape? I mean as in all quests working, all NPC interactions working and with correct speech, basically a server identical to old Runescape just after God Wars was released? No Turmoil No Chaotics no frills no fuss just the wonderful game it was, nothing where you can edit stats or anything with commands, literally start at level 3 on tutorial island kind of server? Same xp gain rates etc

 

2006Scape is in development from my understanding, if you google the name you'll find their actual site. As for God Wars, that might not be credited in their version.

They're currently in stability testing, you can play CW all day, but can't leave that area (want to test lag issues in such a smaller area with a large volume of players).

Alpha release in a month or so, where you can quest, pk, level, etc to your hearts content

GWD was not release in 2006, or at least the month they chose. So no OP weps like AGS. Whip is the highest hitting wep you will have.

Yeah thanks for the referal, it's a really sick server like it seems so legit, but the release date is a bit of a piss take.
