Still not unbanned?

Hi, about a month ago I suppose I got banned temporary because I had bought 1B through bank transfer but I forgot to select "fast payment" so he received it a couple of days later and then he made a thread on sythe about that he received it and that I could be unbanned, but then it got denied because of me having a previous account which would include me to be a ban evader, which is completely not true as this was my first ever account on sythe. I have not replied to it as I was bussy with school and I had stopped my runescape business for a week or two and I really didn't have that much need for sythe. In the mean while, I have been unbanned on powerbot and have been making high valued trades since then so I was wondering if somebody could look up into my case so that I could restart my business on sythe too. I am not sure, I know that I'm not once-unknown. I wasn't familiar with sythe until I started my business on powerbot and I heard there about sythe. All I do know is that I have a dynamic ip and it changes constantly, I am sure if you can look at my previous IP's that it has been different constantly. Thanks, lazar angelov

 

Yup, it is a dynamic IP, and I can't find any other similarities besides the IP. So, I'll just let the moderator who originally banned you take a look at this case.

Besides the dynamic IP match, I can't find any other similarities between the two. So, I'll just talk with Video about this, and we'll go on from then.

 

His one and only "dynamic" IP address is the ONLY IP address he has ever used on sythe and it just so happens to match a banned user who was banned about a month before this account was created.

And he scammed 2 people on powerbot:

Although he's now unbanned over there I couldn't find any evidence of people being repaid. There are also a couple accusations in his thread on sythe from people who said they never received their money either.

I'm very reluctant to unban him, but for starters you'll need to provide proof you repaid the people on powerbot. I can't keep you banned just because someone accused you withou proof though

 

Regardless, I just can't seem to find any similarities between the two. Usually there would be similar writing styles, the selling of similar things, etc.

Also, by the chance he can't provide us proof of repayment, I don't think we should penalize him for that. I don't think he would be unbanned on Powerbot without at least paying the users back. But, I will take all of this into consideration when I say if he's unbanned, I'd like to see him with a TwC.

I have been banned on powerbot for the exact same reason as on sythe.

He then had later as on sythe opened a thread to unban me and he did, I then had to make a new account to appeal it for my self and then let him post in there that he did get a refund, I so did and my name was instead of alija it was alija2. If you click on my profile you can also see that he has given me feedback for the 1B trade succesfully hes name there is vl4d4s.

For the other 250M trade http://www.powerbot.org/community/to...m-reportalija/ I had some issues with this one on my appeal because the mod didn't go through this scam report so I told him that he was trying to get 250M out of me while I already had him paid (you can see on the thread) that mods constantly say that it seems like he was trying to get another 250m out of me, so I got unbanned. If you don't believe any of this then feel free to pm the mods on powerbot who handled this as I don't have much knowledge about the situations with the threads disapearing of my unban.
