I would like to welcome everyone to the sythe.org counter-strike 1.6 server, hosted by yours truly.
It's hosted in the United States (Seattle)



Interested in being an admin in game?

I will be selling monthly admin packages for ingame. Starting price is $10/month. Price will drop to $5/month as I get more interested users.
The ones who paid $10/month WILL receive partial refunds of $5.
These fees are going to support the life of the server, and will also begin funding more servers in the future.

And I usually get pretty good ping from where I am, most of the game servers I play on are in Chicago.

He's not in Texas, the sever is.

 

I'll host one in central europe, preferably Germany, that way people from europe will be able to play without lag, it will be managed by me and i'll search for someone willing to do it, and has Experience managing servers, PM me for info.

 

anyone know how to fix CS not wanting to run smoothly?

i had the best ping on the server and was at 60 fps, but the game still ran like crap.


which i don't get because source runs perfect, GW2 runs perfect, pretty much any game but cs 1.6 runs perfect lol

 

Try Reinstalling delta, might help.

 

Gonna assume you've reinstalled and stuff.

Are there any other Source games that have this problem?

Don't quite understand protocols, but there are various, for example protocol 44 and stuff, don't know what they stand for though.

I joined sythe.org because the server tight also the site is fucking sweet and the member i met on the server is pretty kool so... why not try to join up maybe it can take things lil bit far as of joining leagues ETC...

Damn, wish this was CSS instead of regular counter strike. Ehh guess ill just have to buy this one too.

Adding more maps to the server, if anyone has requests please let me know and I'll add them. Will also consider addon suggestions as well.
