How they scammed: He didn't, but he's offering stupidly higher prices if you go first to him, 282$ for going first, 210$ for using a mm (A mm costs nowhere near as much)

Contacted an OOM earlier on which was Nick to see if he would be on standby if a user chose to use a OMM.

Didn't agree with prices, throwing a hissy fit.

I find it ridiculous that you charge $72 for using a Middleman. this only sounds to me like you want the other party to go first in order to scam him/her.

 

In my opinion it's just forcing people to go first. 72$ to use a middleman? really? Also look at his thread and you'll see how ridiculous it really is..
