why is everyone eating rock cake at the KBD?

its confussing to me. i was told, "because it lowers life points" why on earth would someone want to do that? someone please tell me! lol...

 

For dharoking, the lower hp you are, the higher you hit.

 

its only if you have the whole set? and also is it a spec? or does it just happen?

 

It's a special effect of the set when fully equipped and I'm sure that at one point your max hit is doubled or maybe even beyond that.

 

Yes you have to have the whole set and not sure if it is a special as I have never used it.

 

If you're maxed w/ turmoil, overloads, etc. and at very low health you can hit over 1000. Considering the KBD (I believe) has 7500 lifepoints, you'll pretty much get the kill everytime.

Also, yes, you need the entire set and the lower your HP the higher damage you can achieve.

People hide under the KBD I believe, so it can't attack the player, so what kind of HP you have isn't important, thus you can go just about as low as you'd like.

 

In 2007 with Piety, before curse prayers even came out the max hit with dharoks was 110 (1100 now). I'm sure you can hit much higher than that with all of the current pots and prayers.

 

Dharoking KBD is effective? I had no idea.

 

My thoughts precisely, is it me or is Barrows becoming more and more popular these days? I was shocked to see how much Ahrims has risen whilst cleaning my bank out the other night.

 

Dhing hits really high and the kbd has low lp for a boss so a high hit should get u the kill. Lower lp=higher hits thus the rock cakes.
