Lord of the rings trilogy

Hi guys, what do you think about the movie, i watched it several times over and over, i read the books, some of the parts aren't really cooping with the movie but that is okay, i personally find the movies/books amazing, the Epic feeling which it gives you makes you feel a '' connection '' between the characters, and they seem wise, especially Gandalf! the effects are gorgeous for its time and still are - unlike most movies that generally fail at them, Weta did an amazing job making the armor and details - love it!, there is nothing, actually NOTHING that i did not like about the movies and thus they have become my best movie, i do not think that the upcoming Hobbit movie will be any different from the amazing Peter Jackson!
Sorry for the wall of texts, sometimes i immerse myself haha, your opinions?

 

Peter Jackson did a very good job with the trilogy to be honest. It's very hard to turn a book into a movie and still staying true to it.

 

That is completely true mustard, he did stay true and still gave us the chills.

 

I absolutely love all of Tolkien's work, not only the Hobbit and the LoTR trilogy but the Silmarillion and The History of Middle Earth are amazing as well. Peter Jackson did a good job with the movies and I'm really hoping The Hobbit will be a good watch as well.

 

Yes the Silmarillion was probably the best book for me, so much 3rd Character narration.

The Lord of the Rings films are the ONLY medieval-fantasy films that I watched without thinking that it was gay.

Lord of the rings is the shit, some of the only 3 hour ish movies I watched all the way through without getting bored

Tolkiens style in the book is a little odd as it was written so long ago however I love both the movie and the books - can't wait for the hobbit...

 

No wondering in that, thats why he called it '' Legendarium '' and made a world in which it all happened.
