Nomad rapes me EVERYTIME.

EVERY FUCKING TIME I try to kill the fuck he just rapes me. I've spent over 2m on brews and restores and shit and it just doesn't seem to work. The first couple was because my wireless lagged me out so there's nothing I can do about that but the other times he just makes me run out of a full invent + war tort of brews and restores and the most i've gotten him down to was HALF health.

My levels:

Defense: 87
Range: 83
HP: 96

 

Your skills are above and beyond the expectation for defeating Nomad; I would personally suggest melee if your is 80 or higher. Rune wiki has a in-depth analysis for both ranging, and meleeing Nomad though so check it out and that should answer your problems. You should be using a kyatt instead of a war tortoise, the special attack does lot's of damage. Don't bother with super restores either, just fill your inventory with brew flasks. Use ruby bolts (e) aswell because their special can activate even if you have 1 range.

Edit: The easiest way to kill him though (the way i did it) Is with the ascendancy mines from the dominion tower. They deal 2000 damage to Nomad

 

Do you by any chance have any instakill darts left? May not be a bad idea.

The best way is to have a war tortoise out then when you've run out of supplies in the BoB dismiss your tortoise and summon a kyatt to maximise the supplies you can bring with you.

ill give the ruby bolts a try, i was using runite bolts. and ill check the guide. Also I wont need restores if i use the ruby bolts?

EDIT: i also didn't receive any insta darts or else i would have gladly used them haha

 

Nomad is pretty easy to be honest, i did it when it first came out when nobody knew what a good strategy was, and i just ranged him the whole way through with no overloads or a pac yak, i just had a war tortoise with brews/restores.

I think i used ruby bolts e until he was 3/4 then i used diamond e the rest of it. can't remember my gear setup either, it was probably armadyl and dfs.

 

Have brews in tort and 10 super restores in inv and rest fill with ruby bolts and a range pot or two, Have kyatt with 100 scrolls in inv, after your tort runs out summon kyatt and spam the special attack button.
