Something wrong with registration?

So I'm trying to create a new account, as I don't like the name on this account, and every time I try I hit "Complete Registration" and after that it takes me to this link: http://sythe.org/register.php?do=addmember but the page stays white, any known problems?

 

You can't create a new account on the same IP address. Try a proxy or post in the dispute section to ask for an account creation.

You can create another account on the same ip, that account just can't be banned, otherwise it will tell you to dispute it.

Might I add to OP that you are prohibited from having account interaction between the accounts, remake your threads and tell people whats up. Dont use one account to bump the others threads, ect.
