EDIT: This guy is a complete douche bag. He said he won't trade with me at all; even though I said I'm going first and I'll send the money as a gift and I'll even write a note saying "I am completely responsible for this account and I won't chargeback at all". He still refused to trade with me for some reason. I then asked him if it was even possible to chargeback if I send it as a gift, he said "Idiot, I'll block you now", then I just ended up flaming him as well. I'm not satisfied with this guy at all.
