    Briefly explain the trade: He was selling 50M @ 0.40/m. I asked to buy 15M which he was okay with. He wants me to go first. Since I don't trust him at all cause of his twc, I ask if we could use a middleman. He stops responding and eventually logs off.

    Since he already has a twc for doing the exact same thing before, I think he should get banned..

    It's really bannable, but I will post this on his TwC appeal to make sure he doesn't get rid off it that easily.
