Need some help

I need some help. My question is: where should I train strength, attack and defence? My current levels are 71 strength, 70 attack and 60 defence.

 

I'm pretty outdated with training methods, as there are so many these days. I worked my way through the stronghold of security in barbarian village. The giant red spiders there are afk'able and offer decent exp if you get 70 defence and take a Guthan's set to heal. Also, ankous are pretty decent exp and have not too bad of a drop rate. Bandits are a good shout too, for strength I've heard, at least.

I've always trained on Yaks when doing combat. However, I do know that Bandits and Armored Zombies are very good xp.

 

If you want somewhat fast exp train at bandits. Make sure you bring a zamorak/saradomin item so they become aggressive towards you.

Another suggestion is slayer. It's not fast exp but you'll be getting slayer up also and sometimes it can be fun.

Once you're a higher level you should really think of doing Blood Runs Deep. After that quest, you can kill the Dagannoth Sentinels in dominion tower which is better exp than bandits. I believe the minimum requirements are 75 attack/strength and 65 slayer, however you'll need to do a couple quests & all easy-hard Fremmenik tasks.

 

Doing monkey guards is better xp than anything listed (outside of armored zombies) so far but has MM quest req, its only faster since it has an altar right next to it so you can use stat boosting prayers 100% of the time, using dharoks on monkey guards is epic xp . Armored zombies are also great for the exact same reason but they seem to have slightly lower def so it may prove better to train there although it requires defender of varrock which has lot of quest reqs. If none of these appeal to you i suggest daggonoths in the lighthouse, the are easy to keep aggro there are tons of them and they seem to drop high lvl seeds (torstols, snaps, lants) fairly often and the xp rates are very comparable to bandits or yaks (which have no drops).

 

get claws and the best meele armour you can afford (void if possible) and then go to troll invasion. Rsbot has the best bot for it. I got maxed meele there, it goes upto 130k/hr at higher levels.

 

The gorillas from monkey madness are, theres an altar right there so all you need is supers and and antiposion cuz the lvl1 poison spider.
