It obvious can, just stating what it's currently worth.

 

wasnt trying to hate with that lol, just saying wouldnt it be more then 5m because even though it has 2 def, it could be worth more because you could train it into a 40 def pure

 

Well you need to train it which takes time and properly quest it to make it into a rune pure.
