Need Costume Ideas

What would be good costume ideas for a level 3? I have a 200-300m budget. Anything but rares.

 

Elegant is always a choice however I find it to be ugly.
You'll never reach 200-300m for an outfit if it doesn't include rares btw.
Runecrafter robes can look pretty decent, harpie bug lantern is kinda cool on a level 3 also.

Try items that aren't really expensive such as pirate, clothes from the loyalty shop and some default clothing. A fury also looks nice along with a unique weapon and shield (barb harpoon, bug lantern, wooden shield, etc).

 

Maybe try a double eyepatch? And like Blazee said, some default clothing.

 

What are the more expensive armour/clothing selections for a level 3? Not including the head piece.

 

Fury ornamental used to be pretty expensive I think.

I personally used to wear the boots of lightness on my skiller, for cape you could go for obsidian, and I used to always have a training bow, but they nerfed that.

 

Basically i'm looking for something noticeable that when people see my skiller they can go woah that guy is rich, other then the obvious party hat

You're best bet is a Short bow, Fury or, Villager sandals and A 99 cape or Clan cape. All so some nice default clothing like shorts and a plain top. (; Hope this helps.

You should just look for the most expensive treasure trail items you can wear.

 

A nice outfit you could wear would be a santa hat, and red elegant top and bottom, that would look pretty nice tbh.

 

Yeah I am 99% sure I will be wearing my santa hat so i'll check that option out, thanks.

 

Cav mask, and black ele' would be my choice costume.

 

Ok well depends on the colour of the party hat :noworry: but for example if a blue party hat I reckon:

Head: Blue mask
Neck: Gnome scarf/Fury with kit
Torso: Blue elegant
Legs: Blue elegant
Boots: Not sure :S
Cape: Agility (looks good as its blue)
Weapon: Training bow/spider (from an event one year if you have one)/normal bow
