What will be some of the first few scripts you're releasing?

 

In a live stream MMG stated that random events would soon be removed, either way it's not too hard to write up some event solvers; I've done a few on another color bot which I could easily port and even improve them.

I'll likely make something to show off how the walking is used -- a planker or such.

 

I took a look at the site, there isn't a market place

Did they mention why random events would be removed? I don't see any good reason (from Jagex's point of view) for them to be removed honestly.

They said that after Bot Nuke and once BotWatch is fully activated, that would be more effective than Random events, and those are pretty useless because it fucks up new players and most bots are capable of getting around the events.

 

Ah okay, intriguing to see if their confidence in their Bot Watch and Nuke's will pay off or not. So far Botany Bay seems to be a joke. Maybe I'll miss random events, bots got around them so they were okay and I liked having some exp lamps thrown at me. I guess this is compensated slightly with the experience lamps from the SoF but owell.

 

Depending on how their"bot watch" system works we are most likely better off than injection bots. Since injection bots modify the class files they could be detected that way by looking at file size etc where as we can't.
