Well, you owe this guy, for sure. It'll be kind of hard getting a hold of him, but that's something you have to do. Just send him $28 on PayPal, and post proof.

i can pay in rsgold or real 28$ over paypal - to him

but i have add his skype to contact him
he's not online and im still watting - maybe forever - becouse he's banned

i dont know why he banned for -
