Disputing Ban

I would like to start off with saying that i acted extremely immature in the IRC towards Karl, and I'm truly sorry for that.

When Grave first came to me about this Chargeback that he incurred on one of the orders that I had delivered, I had simply gave him all the proof of the transaction I had but the recording of the phone calls. Though I don't have recordings, I do have proof that I had called the number that was on the account (which i can provide if need be) and did all the necessary steps such as IP check and so on. Though the reason i was banned wasn't because of proper conduct, but because i refused to pay what Grave wanted me to (http://puu.sh/14juX) since it clearly states in the Codes of Conduct (http://puu.sh/14fLP/04da4476cd51fb25e5ddbd93b4225572) that i would only have to pay the commission that i made on the transaction and the $10.30 chargeback fee. Since i wasn't willing to pay what Soheil wanted (which i said in some very unpleasant words in the IRC) Karl decided to ban me.

I am willing to pay Grave what i should pay, which is the $12.30 that it clearly states in the Codes of Conduct that he had written. As Corey had only had to pay his commission to Soheil, I feel that I should be treated no differently and hope that the mods can get this whole ordeal sorted out before any more drama occurs. I won't deny this, but I will express my opinion.

I think artie is a risk, the fact that he's had terribly poor attitude to this really makes me wonder if he honestly cares at all, he used stupid excuses such as "can you prove thats my skype?", despite already admitting that he will not pay back Grave.

he then tried to use the excuse that he didnt sign the contract therefore he didnt have to follow the code of conduct that he had been given when working for RSU, which he didnt follow. Not all disputes require a contract, that situation was actually very different.

Note to Artie: Corey's case is different that yours. You don't automatically get the same decision.

 

If he is trying to dodge it just keep him banned. Man up and pay up and stop wasting our time with your excuses.
