Hey guys, as you know my website just launched.

It's alot for me and my wife to take on considering I work fulltime, she goes to school full time, and I have to order, tumblr, twitter, facebook, paypal, etc, aswell as swapmeet, and outside advertisement.

So i may be possibly adding a few positions.

Tumblr Manager: You will be operating our tumblr, you're in charge of giving proper knowledge of body modification, our products, deals and specials. Most importantly you will be in charge of getting actual followers who are part of this lifestyle. If i ever suspected you using bots or any methods that get me followers who aren't interested, terminated immediatly without any pay.

If you feel you could be good at this aspect let me know. And let me know why. If you post and your account isn't older than a month, have less than 100 posts, or are just a fag, reported for spam.


Twitter Manager: same as above.

Graphic Designer, I'm super happy about how my logo was done by a fellow sythe member. But i'm going to be in need any many new designs, this will be a yes or no basis, you can come up with designs, I will either say yes or no, I will not pay you for ones I will not use. If you come up with enough designs I like, i will hire you fulltime.

Shaper: If anyone has any knowledge of using a lathe, start making me cool wooden plugs, teflon, or anything. and I will pay for all materials and of course you. This is a big one im looking for, a full possible partner.

Any other position you think would benefit me, let me know, ill consider.

YOU MUST GIVE A REASON, why you think you would be good at it, previous experience is preffered, but not required.

 

I feel I'm fairly good at writing, but I've honestly never worked with tumbler or twitter so I'd probably be undesirable in that regard.

Still, I'm always willing to learn, so if you're interested don't be afraid to contact.

Definetly keep you in mind, I do not use tumblr at all, so It's hard for me to comprehend how it works.

But I still could use you for something, any ideas you have, let me know.

 

I could write articles, website information, product information or what have you.

Also word of advice on your product page; use actual sized down thumbnails so the images will load faster for slower networks.

 

My eCommerce site is gay in the fact it's brand new system, so it's limited, but it's ridiculously good service, and super cheap.

Would you perhaps be interested in transferring all our information to shopify eCommerce at some point, it's mostly tedious work, I wouldn't want to do again.

This wouldn't be for a few weeks atleast.

 

Very interested, anything to get by with school, gas and such heh.

I'm great with tumblr and twitter but I have no experience with body modifications nor do i have any. But if your struggling to find people maybe in a few weeks you might consider me.

 

If you will do research of your own and take initiative, and learn a few basic principals, than I will completely consider you.

I've been meaning to message you for the last couple of days. I know you didn't list it, but if you ever decide to start a blog and need to hire a blogger I can hook you up. You already know my graphics ability and I am fairly sure you have seen my writing skills. (I recently started a movie review thread here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1469328) I have experience in the hardcore/metal culture and I am willing to take the initiative to delve deeper into the body modification culture. I love history, art, and science and I can write a wide range of things. If you're ever interested just hit me. Don't have to pay much at all, just need some side cash - ya know?

 

I could possibly help with either the Twitter or Tumblr, as I'm not sure I would have time to do full-time graphics but i'd be happy throw some designs when i'm free.

 

Hey man, I saw you mention you'd pay $100-150 for a conversion. You could get a brand new custom site using no base for probably double that.

I basically have had a twitter account for 5 years and a tumblr blog for 3. I also ran a couple personal blogs too on blogger and i advertised myself big on 4chan and got around 900 people following my blog, that is, reading it and posting replies to it every week.

Long story short: Im good at both blogging and promotion (Reddit, ect) and i also have no life so i would be constantly updating and tweaking the site.

However it looks like some other kids are more compelled towards this than I am so hire someone who both has the skills necessary but also a genuine interest and passion in body modification like you and your wife.

 

I am applying for your Tumblr Manager Position. Somethings about myself, I am a extremely fast learner which would give me a great advantage when it comes to memorizing all of your products, Second, I am into the tattoo and piercing thing so I know a lot about the products in general. (Used to have tongue, 00 gauges, snakebites). I am 20 Years old, Which I think gives me an advantage when it comes to a maturity level that younger people may not have. I am graduated from highschool and currently am staying at home. Which gives me plenty of time to make sure that the job gets done. As for my Sythe backround, I joined may 2012, I am a donator, I have the second most viewed skilling shop and I am also working my way as a middleman. I think that I would be able to bring a whole new dimension to your company which in turn would let your company grow and prosper. I also have a lot of friends that are into the piercings. some not necessarily related advice:
Make sure all your employees are on contract and look up contract law for your state/region and make sure you follow the rules. Its simple to type here and say that its an agreement its another when a lawyer is ripping your case apart and you end up owing someone severance pay for the next 3 months.

Basically I think I would be right for the job because I am a people person, and I like helping people. I don't even want a lot of pay honestly, I already have a job, I would do this mostly for fun, and to gain experience in the marketing field.
