Great pc games to buy?

Didn't know where to put this but I'm looking to buy a lot of pc games old and new just wondering what are some good buys can be anything from warcraft to diablo to even online games like combat arms anything

FPS
action
fighter

some form of pvp would be nice to but is not needed if the game is good enough

 

guild wars 2 is a mmo, with no monthly fee just a one time buy, also try the steamclient to browse a massive lists of games.

 

Well, what genre are you looking at? First Person Shooter? MMO? Strategy? Puzzle? Adventure?

 

Starcraft 2 and its related franchise is definitely worth looking into.

The game's campaign will be short-played, but the online gameplay is endless and never stops getting fun. Check it out and seek how you like it

Resident Evil 6 is coming out, but I'm not sure if it will be released for PC or not.

Battlefield 3 is always a good choice though.

Also, a browser-based FPS called BeGone, on Nplay.com. It's free, and not nearly as good as some other games, but definitely a fun way to pass the time..

A RTS called Warzone:2100 is cool too. I'm not sure about the multiplayer aspect of it because it takes a while to set up, but it is a fun game that I've put multiple hours into.

Batman Arkham City is cool too.

Also, Emulators. You can play just about any console games with them. I'm not sure if there are good Xbox or ps3 emulators yet, but all the other ones are good to go.. You need a fast PC to run PS2 emulators smoothly though.

And Call of Duty is free this weekend on Steam.. I've been occupying my time with that.

 

DayZ is always good.

Crysis 3? I haven't heard of that filth. I definitely need to get that. I also didn't know they had Gears of War for PC..

Sounds extremely fucking stupid, but I've been enjoying hours and hours of Dungeon Defenders. It's on steam. Give it a look. It's pretty good, and there is DLC. Not sure about the player base, but from what I've experienced as far as players go, there is a mix of age.

 

I love Dungeon Defenders.

Space Rangers 2 is awesome

 

Cant believe anyone hasnt mentioned the king of pc games imo HALF LIFE, half life 1-2 are great and 3 is supposed to be coming out relatively soon. They are amazing games and have a high replay value, i still also play counterstrike alot still. worth checking out .
