Why you think they are ban evading:

This was skips' upgrade store before he was banned for scamming:

I tried to buy an upgrade from skips the other day and the deal fell through due to suspicious activity (saying that he didn't have game cards even though it said in his thread he was selling game cards).

I received a PM from neonx today informing me that he was selling upgrades. A newcomer PMing a random Sythe member selling upgrades is suspicious (I have had no contact with neonx at all), but when you examine the thread similarities and the fact that I tried to buy an upgrade from the banned account a few days ago, it's rather obvious it's the same person.
