I don't agree with adding a blog. I personally feel that websites appear more professional without the personality bullshit. However a livechat could help build a bigger recognition because it'll enhance customer support. People like coming back and recommending places when they're helped well

 

What is a good livechat thing? I have 0 idea.

 

Try going for something a bit more modern design-wise - all you really need to do is add a bit of CSS shadows and gradients to the divs and make the fonts more consistent
