Are bots being banned?

Is it safe to bot atm? I'm think about starting up around 5 yew tree slaves going 8hours a day and placeing all logs chopped on a mule account every 8hours! All so whats a good bot I shought use?

 

I wouldn't suggest botting. Jagex is cracking down and their is a very good chance you will be banned, including having your IP flagged

And i would still bot, just dont go overboard. Im botting like 4 hours a day doing FM on my skiller. No problems yet.

 

Never safe to bot, but literally nothing has changed. So I doubt you would be banned, just choose a good script. Make sure there aren't any reports of bans on it either

 

I'm still botting, I've gone for 24 hours (with a few brakes) and I'm still not banned.

 

They claim that they are cracking down on bots. Honestly I think that it is all just talk to be honest. Because I bot my skiller all day and no issues.

It seems like Jagex are genuinely serious about it this time, a lot of bots are being banned, I'd give it a few weeks to be able to know for sure what bots are safe and which aren't. You'll get two warnings before they ban you though, just wait for the second warning and stop, lol.

 

Its a bot watch which means they will look at your account over a period of time.

If their statistic label you as a bot then you will most probably get banned.

 

i stopped botting because of this watch, id suggest you do the same. IF you do choose to bot mask your ip using a proxy or by changing it. And DONT bot yews, woodcutting bots are some of the most commonly banned bots and they are shit for money in the first place. Botting yews is 100k an hour (tops) at 99 wc 99.9999999% of the time due to other bots competetion ect.

I haven't had any banned. When I looked at the taverley resource dungeon it was still crawling with super obvious bots spam clicking to attack the dragon you are fighting.

 

I went to LRC a few days ago and oh my... there's still a load of bots there. They seem to be picking up the obvious ones but even so on f2p worlds there's still large amounts of spam bots still going. So I would say wait a week or two.

 

Spam bots are mass created though, owner in a Dung Floor FC said he had some banned within 20 minutes, so they're definitely cracking down

 

Yes but lets be honest spam bots are pretty easy to detect, I'm suprised it took them this long it's exact spelling everytime some with a slight interval change and random names. There's still thousands of players botting ridiculous hours who haven't been banned.

 

I wouldn't bot for now, give them some time. But if you do bot..bot smart. Use good quality scripts and keep away from gold farming scripts.

 

i am still botting on lvl 3 bitches since botana bay. botting them for over 10 hours per day, also botted my main for about 5 hours since the bot nuke, all fine

Yeah I don't understand why it's so hard to just ban the mother fuckers standing around repeating themselves... You can ban faster than they can create accounts, just stay on top of it.. But they don't...
