Is it worth botting my near comp account?

Don't risk it bro with this new detection system it's not worth it.

 

dont listen to the peopels here telling you to bot you risk your own account and you probally be banned and no you cant blame it on a glitch when jagex can see you bot clearly but if you want to risk your main do whatever you want and if you want to bot wait a month and see if something happens if its safe try start botting because its not safe right now.

 

I would go for it, but be VERY careful don't do any 20 hour+ sessions and baby sit if you can.

 

Don't bot it, just finish it off legit/with spins, it'll come with time, u should'nt risk ur account for some stupid skill as Hunter if ur almost at comp cape.

I would say don't bot, but if u are going to bot use a good/stable script and bot 24/7, 8 hours/day is not worth it.

 

dont bot right now. maybe shitty accounts are worth risking atm but im not botting main, fuck i havent even used anything since sunday and dont plan on it till things settle down

 

The new Botany Bay system is 2 warnings then a permanent ban right? I'd wait a little while until you see how effective it is and then try out botting. If you get a warning however, I'd advise stopping.

 

If it is 2 warnings then yeah, go to 1 then quit, jump off the ship, hopefully you don't get rolled back. Maybe you can even escape and get 99 hunter

 

Don't risk botting hunter, especially on an account like that. There aren't any hunter bots that will stand up to the detection system.

Also, Jagex DOES ban high profile accounts. I know someone personally who had access to High Level Forums (at least 99 in every skill), who was banned around 111 dung using iDungeon. Not worth it using detectable software.

Also, for the 2 temps and then permanent ban, it's not just temp bans and then everything goes back to normal. Jagex has added consequences even after you get unbanned, such as very intense trading restrictions, or even content restrictions in some cases. Getting caught even once would be a crippling blow to a near maxed account, even if you stop botting after that.

Honestly, not worth it imo.

Also, the accounts you've seen at Botany Bay since its release have all been goldfarming accounts simply because Jagex instant perm bans goldfarming accounts & adbots. Normal player's accounts get 1 temp, then 1 longer temp, and then a perm ban. You wouldn't get sent to Botany Bay until the 3rd offense, being the perm ban. This means that even if there were any normal accounts banned since its release, there has not been enough time for their temp ban to expire, then get caught a 2nd time, and have that expire, and then get caught the 3rd time and get perm banned. We won't see normal accounts in there for awhile until enough time has passed for 2 temp bans to have finished.

 

hunter is so easy, but i would wait to bot a month. if so... but id just legit it.

 

Their detection system is proven to be a load of bullshit, not surprised.

 

This is a very hard decision thinking of what your account is at atm. Buying spins could be the safer easier way but that would also cost you quite a bit of money depending on your hunter level atm. I would reccomend to watch the botany bay situation for a bit.

 

find 1 person to bot it for you that way if u get a ban or warning u can blame it on a stolen account.

Is it worth risking loosing 1.25b+? Not saying you would sell, but it's surely worth a lot of time so I wouldn't risk it.

 

Well thanks for all your advice. Someone told me something that made me think "you're risking 475m xp to get 8m xp" if you think about it like that it makes sense. I've ninja'd 84-89 hunter anyway so I think I'll finish it off legit/ buy spins. Anyone know the price of xp with spins roughly? I'd rather have a fully operational account than one that's fucked by jagex
