Buying a ~130!!

Greeting sythe community! I'm starting to get very bored of WoW, and I really want to get back to runescape. I'm looking for something preferably level130+, wealth isnt important as I'm going to buy some more gold. The more 99's the better. I'd like all 3 combat stats 99, and at least 94 magic and 95 pray. Quests arent too important, I enjoy questing. My price range could be anywhere from 50m-250m+. And dont be afraid to offer if your account doesnt exactly fit these requirements! And one last thing- i will ONLY buy from trusted sellers, so I can go first (so no mm) and I can be confident the account won't get recovered.
