    I have a problem.

I have a quite serious problem. I can't find a explanation on what it could be, my hands are often shaking, I can stay up for about 4 days straight at times being tired but not able to go to bed, last but not least I can't concentrate at all.

If anyone got any clue what it could be, let me know please.

    I have a problem.

If you're 18, I suggest medical cannabis card. Marijuana is guarnteed to help your problems stated above. Go to the doctor and see if you can be allowed pot as medicine.

Marijuana is great tool of medicine when not abused(not saying i don't :p)

    I have a problem.

I don't believe you can stay up for 4 nights without sleeping. If it's true the reason why you cannot concentrate is because you aren't giving your body time to rest. Sleep is the best medicine for your problem.

Regarding the shaking of your hands, see a doctor for that. Pretty sure that happens when you don't sleep for a long period of time.

    i was also thinking this

    i thought it was 72 hours .

if you are 72 hours straight awake you will fall alseep automaticly.

    thats what i thought.

    I have a problem.

Thats not correct, people have been awake for more then 2 weeks straight without sleeping, other then that I don't even sleep when I smoke, and keep in mind I smoke hash not pot.

    I have a problem.

Yes it's not impossible, but I highly doubt you stayed up for 4 days straight.

Your body would most likely shutdown due to fatigue and smoking would just be enticing the fatigue.

    Do Not Trade

    I have a problem.

stop smoking pot/hash do more physical activity, stop eating or drinking caffeine and you will sleep fine.

another thought, reduce overall sugar intake also, if doing this for a week doesn't fix you, then see a doctor.

    I have a problem.

You should talk about it with your girlfriend. She is probably the best helper you can get.

    I have a problem.

not nearly true. i am military army ranger. through the last of serp train you stay awake for 4 days, going on 5.

insomnia, can be a factor bud. get to a doc, and ask. sleep is something the body needs to rejuvenate your natural endorphins. thats the case of the shakes in my opinion.

    I have a problem.

You might be right, Its not that uncontrollable shaking I can do whatever I want, my hand writing etc just looks terrible because of it.

    I have a problem.

I have been around this quite a few times, and i have a insomnia problem myself. so i know how you feel. its no big deal, there are old remedy's if you dont want medicine, or you could take medicine.. or work through it, and control it yourself, is what i do.

    I have a problem.

You should definitely go to a doctor, you might have insomnia which is a sleeping disorder. The main thing is stop waiting and go get yourself checked out you dont want to wait to long.
