quite funny atm, i guess in 2 days it's all over nothing special anymore then

 

Just seen a bot get crushed had no stats, nothing in adventure log, he was botting hard.

 

i also read something about that on powerbot, that jagex bans accounts that does not exists

 

lagging like fuck,fake accounts getting put up (no stats,hs and adventure log+ weird names that botters would never use) cant even vote because of the lag and the crap thats in that place+ usseles reward = another shitty and dead update.

 

LOL, it's been like 10 hours since the update came, so many people are there that's almost impossible there's no lag.

Stop being a dick haha and wait Jagex to fix stuff.

 

Seems unnecessary and a lot of people are still botting with nothing happening. 10 hours later, still no reports of people being banned with proof.

 

and rsbot's still working <3

 

Looks like another useless/pointless update by jagex. Waste of developer time and I'd rather have them ban them one time forever instead of giving them multiple chances.

 

Fixing what was not broken in the first place.

You guys are a bit uninformed. Mod Mark said in the live stream that we won't be seeing the character's name, but it's username, dunno how that works with emails

didnt even stop ANY bot software from working.

Not botting my main for quite a while till this all pans out a bit more, but damn seems fucking stupid .

 

It was never supposed to prevent botting but simply detect it. When the nuke comes out later that is when the botting stops for a while. I'm really keen to see how effective the detection system is though.

 

I will be surprised if people even keep going to this after the first week.
Hopefully they can ad different emotes every so often so its not the same 3 things all the time.

 

The reason none of the accounts show up in the High scores or adventure log is because they are first perm banned, and then they are transferred to Botany Bay. They said banned accounts will be deleted as well, so they perm ban, then delete, then have an NPC pop up in Botany Bay that has had its name changed to the banned account. A simple variable would allow Jagex to replace this NPC's username with the banned accounts very easily.
