why won't people sell me gp via paypal?

i've been asking all of the gp sellers if i could buy 250m via paypal and they all turn me down, i know there is some kind of scam using paypal but is there anyway for them to trust me without vouches or verified paypal?

 

yes, people chargeback with paypal, and since there is no tangible product it is virtual, there is no way for paypal to know. so they usually favor in the person who pays due to account fraud.

i lost over 600 dollers due to it, so no they will not use it.

It's very easy to charge back with PayPal - Buy through playerauctions and it should be alright though.

No one will really sell to you directly from Paypal anymore, as chargebacks are too common. Unless you're ranked in some higher way, your best bet is to buy through PA or pay via Western union, but of course there are fees associated.

 

You can try playerauctions.com if you are willing to fork out an extra 10.00 in fee's.

 

Paypal scams are too common, and manual ways of avoiding chargebacks are too complicated and most people would not want to waste their times conducting them

You'll need to build up a reputation using other methods. A Google Account, Moneybookers, MoneyPak or Western Union could be used. Then when you've accumulated a few vouches sellers may trust you more.

I know that RSSource (The Gold site in my signature) will sell you 250m, but they'll as for phone verification and a photo of you with your I.D. But they'll still accept PayPal.
