High Pardon for the actions I did.

Ok.. So I guess the only thing I can do is Request a High Pardon now. I am just going to say that I did the thread on bugabuse, even though I did not, just to get this over with. Yes, I did also admit to trying to phish about 3 yrs ago.

I feel I deserve to get unbanned because of the fact that I was immature at the time. I know age doesn't matter, but I am 13 now and it took me a while to understand what it mature and what isn't. The thread on bugabuse (assuming I did it, which I didn't) was posted over a year ago, I have matured immensly since then and have matured even more drastically since when I tried phishing emails. I have never had the intentions of hacking or scamming any fellow sythe members, nor have I ever considered hacking in the past 1 1/2 years. I have been very active on sythe, sometimes making trades as I see fit. I am an avid SFA debater and feel as if I add something to the community. I understand that my past actions from years ago were wrong, and am willing to even take credit for those I didn't do, just because I want to be a part of this community again. Please consider this request.

I've considered you a fairly active community member for quite a while. I'll have to think about this though given the circumstance.

 

@sypherz - Seeing as i am admitting to the bug abuse post, even if I dd it or not. I guess by default, I have "lied" to staff. I understand what you mean by this, but I would like to make it clear that I will stand by my word of not lying about this bugabuse post. Whether I did I or not does not matter to me, what matters to me is that I get accused of the things I did. I am admitting to phishing a while back and the bugabuse post (even if I didn't do it). Basically, because you you guys don't believe me about the hacker/imposter and think I posted the post, if I say I didn't post it, I'm lying. If I say I did post it, I'm lying because I said I didn't earlier. So essentially I got loopholed into "lying" when really I was just defending myself truthfully, then once it failed, was just admitting to the offense. I wrote this on my phone, so it may not make any sense, I tend to type confusing posts on my phone. If you dont understand what I'm saying or want me to explain it better, please tell me and I'll post this again when I get home.

You can't submit a high pardon if you don't admit guilt, something which you clearly didn't do in this pardon.

 

@cosrob - This seems like admitting to guilt to me... I am admitting to doing it. What I personally KNOW doesn't matter, because I am admitting to "doing it"

Request for High Pardon Based on Line above:
I did these actions when I was young and immature. I was 10ish when I did these things. I didn't know any better and didn't think of the reprocussions. I am more mature now and realize how stupid I was to do such things. I have been very active on sythe. I am an avid poster in the SFA section and trade every so often when I need to. I love this community and would never attempt to scam or hack any of its members, despite what I "did" on other forums before I gained knowledge of how stupid it was of me to do things such as Phish or "hack" and then "post" about my hacking on BugAbuse. I "take" full responsibility for these actions (Despite whether I did them or not) and any harm they may have caused. I would love to be a part of the Sythe community again and hope the mods see that I have changed..

This pardon is a joke

 

Since my past thread wasn't taken seriously and many got confused, I am making this one.

Why hello there, I am Andrew. I am a 13 yr old boy living in the Great State of Texas. I made my Sythe account back in 2010 when I was a runescape fanatic. I was very interested in Merchanting and Flipping at the time and decided to sell some gift cards and stuff I had lying around for some GP. While doing so, I realized how great of a community Sythe was. I was a "Trainee" on Smokin Mils at the time and was still not completely devoted to switching forums yet. Eventually I got promoted on Smokin Mils and was very happy about it. After making some jokes about the way Smokin Mils was run, I was demotted. After that, I got a bit heated.. To me a joke didn't deserve a demote. I began to let my mouth run and eventually got myself banned. Still to this day, I have been talking with the folks over there and still have many good friends on the SM forums. Soon after my ban for raging, I came over here to Sythe to relieve my angers. I realized that I had been missing out the whole time.. Sythe was a much friendlier and better run forum. I started trading on and off in the market and was a fairly active member in the other forums. Then one day while making a friend with Pockets (we r buds now) my PayPal got locked due to lack of identity evidence. As I said I am 13, so I didn't have much "identity". I told Pockets this and he, as any person would, thought it was sketchy and started being cautious. I didn't want to let my PayPal problem get in the way of the trade so I lied about making a trade by mail with Punker. This was extremely dumb, and after denial from Punkers, I got a TWC. I was a little dissapointed with myself.. I started staying away from the market section for a while after. A few months later, I requested my TWC removal. After getting approved, I promised myself I would stay clean from then on. All this took place months and months after I tried phishing via email. Here is the contraversial part.. On the 22nd of September 2011 there was a post made on BugAbuse that spoke of a hacking attempt. This thread has my email and my skype on it. I am just going to say that I posted this thread. The person I was trying to hack was suprisingly a good friend from school, he had been being a jerk to me and I thought it would be funny to hack his acc for the lols. I had no intentions of taking anything of his. Now back to my Sythe story. After successfully getting unbanned from Sythe after requesting a lock while it was hacked and paying the victim of the hacker's scam his money back, I was just strolling through the forums. All the sudden after refreshing the page, I saw I was banned. I was in utter confusion. What the fuck? is all I could think. I noticed there was a link provided and clicked it. It had a picture of the BugAbuse post. After glancing at the date, I thought it was a joke. September of 2011, I thought I posted a thread like this, but in 2010 in like March. Immediatly I went to skype to check my chat logs from this date. After finding chat logs that did not seem like my own, I realized something. September 2011 was the month I struggled with a hacker. As any person would, I came to Sythe and posted my dispute stating that it was my hacker. I realized that just saying I was hacked would not be enough, so I added some little lies to it such as "I never made the acc". I was completely blind to the fact that I was repeting my actions that got me my TWC. After the dispute got denied, I got angered. I began to search everywhere for some sort of proof that I was hacked. I came up short. My logic was: If my skype was hacked.. Then my BugAbuse must have been hacked as well. Later I found out that my logic was wrong. T'was me who posted that thread, even though I did not recall posting it. I figured this out MANY days after posting my dispute. "Fuck", I thought to myself, what do I do now, I genuinally thought I was hacked. As any dumbass would do, I kept lying. I was already too deep in the hole to get out, or at least I thought. Eventually, I gave up. I came to the High Pardon section and tried admitting to my actions. I guess I posted the High Pardon Request's with an attitude of "I still know I was right, but Ima say I am wrong to get unbanned". Though this was not my intention, my posts reflected differently. I realize now that all of this was just stupid and childish. I am here to formally request a high pardon for my actions.

Phishing: I feel that I am old enough now to realize how dumb phishing actually is. I also feel that I have learned from my actions. I can guarentee I will not ever go back to phishing. I have not made any attemps in well over a year in a half and have no desire to go back.

BugAbuse Post: I originally was posting what I had thought. I assumed that because my skype was hacked, the hacker had my BA account too. I did inlude some minute lies, but for the most part I had no intention of trying to lie about the post in general. I was posting what I truely believed.

Lying: I often have a bad habit of lying to save myself from getting caught for lying. Just as many say, I dig myself deeper and deeper. I have gotten much better at controlling myself from spitting out a lie. I used to almost do it compulsivley, not any more. Still when I get heated or when I truely believe I am right, I will lie out of anger or passion for my beliefs. I am currently working on trying to prevent myself from lying all together. I have made much progress since a couple years ago, and I think I can see the same results in years to come. I apologize for my actions. All I wanted was to come back to the forums. I concider myself an active user and am very friendly when I am not mad. I am often found in the SFA section or just chilling in Off Topic or Spam.. I have made multiple successful trades, and luckily have never had a bad one. I even have traded multiple times with Pockets and talk to him on a regular bases.

@dial - I lied about a few miniscule things and then posted what I thought at the time was the "truth". And yes, when caught, I was an idiot and continued to defend a lost cause. As for "not believing" this one, I don't seem to understand how you can "not believe" a High Pardon. I am admitting to my actions and am asking for forgivness and/or to be pardoned for my actions. Correct me if I am wrong, but how can you not believe when I am admitting and TELLING YOU I lied about some things based on something you guys banned me for... A high pardon is basically taking responsibility for what you have done. How can you not believe something that doesn't have anything in it that is defending myself. I am flat out saying I did these things and just asking that you guys understand that I will not do such actions again...
