    What happened:
    He first threathened me with my IP, because I didn't want to sell an upgrade to him for 15M.
    10 Seconds later, he DDoSed me, I know I can't really proof that.
    BUT him sending me a link and telling my IP should be enough of proof I think.
    After that, when I changed my IP, he acted like he didn't know about anything.

    We have no proof that he DDoSed you. You're the one who mentioned it, not him. You should have let him do it so that we could ban him for it.

    He had no reason to get your IP, but doesn't necessarily warrant a ban.
