Ratchet888 already been temp banned for this reason...

I've already submitted a thread but I'm not sure if i mentioned my username in it so I'm submitting a new one. The reason i was banned was for evading from the account jarno429 (which is my brothers old account, he doesn't even live at home anymore). I think its stupid how I got punished for his mistakes, his crime was attempting to spread a phisher.
All I'm trying to do is sell my 3 pures and buy some rsgp for my main which got cleaned staking, I have no intent on scamming anyone.
Also even if you don't believe that it wasn't me trying to spread the phisher I've already served a temporary ban for this so why would I be punished again? it makes no sense to me.

 

It was never meant to be a temporary ban the first time, it was meant to be a permanent ban. Again, sorry to confuse you like this but ban evasion is always permanent. You are welcome to make a pardon and explain your story, however a rule that we have around here is "you are responsible for your IP" meaning that we're gonna be placing you and your brother in the same boat.
