Question about Western Union.

Hey guys. I have a question for those who have some experience using Western Union. I am about to do some business with company by purchasing an item from them, they have the company for about 6 years, their company reports are okay and they have 60k in their bank account. Anyway, they want me to send the money first via Western Union, but i am not really willing to do that, because there are all kind of people out there. So he suggested me a thing. I send the money to a random name via Western Union, for example my sisters name, and then give him the Transactions Tracking id so he can see than i have actually send the money to her and i got the money, then he sends out the item and when i approve than I got it, i change the transactions receivers name to his. His companie is in the same country as i am in, and it's about 100 miles away, of'course i can drive to them but i rather take the easy way. So the question is, does he have any access to the money only having the tracking id of the transaction? ( I think than it's a obvious no, but I just want to be sure as I never used WU ).

Yeah but to be honest, what is the worst that can happen? He doesn't have access to the money.
