I believe this guide is mostly public information.

If you do an online search for any CPA/PPD/etc guides you will see that they all list a few niches to use. Nothing new here, its more of a set of instructions to those completely new to any type CPA or PPD and have absolutely no idea to start.

The "addons" are pretty much using any link shortner site that pays for each visit. Also mentioned in other free guides.

These guides are far too common.

Although the layout is decent, I would not approve of this guide at all.

 

Through the originality perspective, this isn't too original at all, although I haven't seen too many guides with this idea, I have seen many people use this technique.

However the guide was nicely descriptive, apart from a few grammatical errors.

But if I were to base this back onto originality, I don't think this should be verified.

 

I would really not like to support any "Pay Per ___" guide. For that reason and what was outlined by Gtdarkpunisher and Jeff., I say no.
