First of all, I will never access your account.

What do I need? I need your name registered to your Battle.net account. However, this must be your real-life name or you must have an ID with that name.

Why would I want it? Accounts with certain countries as their Country of Residence are limited by Blizzard and can't access Recruit-a-Friend or Scroll of Resurrection. Basically, you can't benefit from these services if your country is not on this list:

Are all countries eligible to use the "Recruit A Friend" service? Players with a World of Warcraft account from the following countries are able to use the "Recruit A Friend" service: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and United Kingdom. Players from outside of these countries; players with Starter Edition accounts, or with full accounts with 20 referrals from the "Recruit A Friend" service currently pending, are ineligible.

What do I miss? You can't benefit from awesome stuff like RAF Gametime (with gold or much cheaper than Blizz), RAF Mounts, 10$ level 80 Chars.
