Reason for ban?

So, From what I understand I have been banned for ban evasion, Which makes honestly no sense to me. I originally made an account called rsgpbuyer274622 when I first joined sythe a while back, I then did not like the name and I asked a mod (Whom's name I can't remember at this time) if we are allowed to have more then one account. He said yes, as long as they do not come in contact with each other, so I made Equate. I still did not like the name. So, in may I made Purple Smurf. Now you guys can look for yourself I have not been on ether sense I made Purple Smurf and nether of those accounts were banned and non of them have ever come in contact with each other.. I was just on my sythe account 4 hours ago. But now, 4-5 Months later I am being charged with ban evading? It literally makes no sense. Like I said before non of the accounts have ever been banned, and non have ever come in contact with each other. So how am I ban evading?

Please Figure out what's going on.

Rsgpbuyer sold an account (clearlee) that was not his. That account got recovered and was sold and resold several times by the individual who owned it. Rsgpbuyer should have received a ban at the time but he didn't, I just discovered it now so that's why there has been this 4-5 month delay. I'd like to hear your side of the story

 

I apologize for the new thread as to I am unable to reply to the other one. First Video or whomever would like to help me, I have sent you an msn Request video It would be alot easier then attempting to continue to make new threads. Let me say this, This was true, I did sell a account on rsgpbuyer274622 named clearlee. But I did not use rsgpbuyer for that long. I also did not recover it. It was also not brought to my attention that clearlee had been recovered as to I am not the original owner. I am responsible for the person whom I sold it to. That I would more then gladly refund it for them if it was recovered. But, on the flip side of that. If you just came across it now, I did not ban evade.. because, I was never banned to begin with and I was un aware that it had happened. If you look at my vouches on Purple Smurf Anytime I have been unable to complete something, and or if an account has gotten recovered I have refunded them. Being a part of the sythe community means way more to me then a account. As to I only sold that account to one person, I can give a mod the money to give to them. As a refund. I apologize for this, but I was not the one that recovered the account. I am more then willing to give them back cash for it as well, If I remember correctly I did not sell it for more then 15m. Like I said I was also, not ban evading because non of them were ever banned so how was I suppose to know I was never contacted and it was 5 months ago about.

Also, video I did sell that account but it was "mine" i had purchased the account from someone on sythe after that I resold it.
