Receive 50% of the cash
Give password so you can verify the account.
Receive the other 50% of cash

I'll use OMM but will not do a recovery test. I've done one once before and it took a ridiculously long time to do the whole process. Account trading is essentially a trust trade, the original owner can ALWAYS recover and secure the account so I personally see recov tests as a waste of time and money.

Well the current offer's 30M from Twiggy although I'm not sure if the offer stands without a recov test. I tend to take offers from newly registered people with a pinch of salt...9/10 times they don't return to your thread after making their offer(s)
