Why do people still play RuneScape..?

I'm still a fan of the storylines and quest series that Jagex have implemented.

 

Dont get me wrong guys, I just made that question to understand what was "that" thing that motivates you to play nowadays seeing that the game has really changed...

IMO its not really fun anymore as it used to be

 

Better question; why do you spend your time on a primarily Runescape based black market website when you don't actually play?

I'm also of the opinion, however, that it is no where near as fun as it used to be - everything's so complex and overdone now. I'm a big fan of the private servers which take you back to the old days.

 

I don't think that's really a fair question. I enjoy the community, discussing the current state of the game and I also make a few bucks off of it too, even though I don't actually play.

 

I play it to PK and have fun or stake/dice and make money (most the time).

 

Well the reason why I am in sythe is because I like the fact that an internet forum became, in someway, a community.

I did quit the game around 2 months ago, however I still like to hang out and see what is going on with it, and for example, this section of the forum is a way to do that

 

Cuz there is nothing else to play.

 

well i still play it cause its pretty damn addicting >.< but i dont waste as mcuh money on this game anymore.
