Banned from Video for "self vouching"?

Video banned my account for "self vouching" when in fact there was no self vouching involved. I vouched Geo for the respected trade we did & I get banned for that? Show me some proof video and give me a valid reason to ban. Thanks.


**Note** although there was no prior thread we met on RS and he said he had a sythe account and I just vouched him after the trade was completed.

 

Well you happen to have an exact non proxy ip match with him. Could you provide proof of the PayPal payment he made to you for the gold?

 

First off, I do apologize I can't reply to the original post. I can't log in. So you can delete or lock. As for "same IP" you said in the post the IP's dont match yet now you're changing the story? I shouldn't be banned if I can't provide proof of a trade? I no longer use paypal and it was a few months back. I don't see why I should be banned for vouching someone for a legit trade that was completed. No where in the rules does it say the person has to post a thread on what they're selling to receive a vouch. For most people, before they even post what they want to sell/buy they creep on others thread and steal that person's customer...

I shouldn't be banned for not having proof... Esp not a perm ban. My rep is ruined now.. Unfair. Little justification is in order as I've done nothing but contribute to highly vouched / well known members off this site and "fake vouching" goes. I've done none of the sort.

Not to mention, I have zero reports on me prior to this.

 

You definitely share an ip, I don't recall saying otherwise. Perhaps what you r referring to is the report against you that I handled. You did not share an ip with that guy, you share one with Geothan.

Yes in most cases we don't require proof of trades. However with this ip match it looks a little suspicious. It's very easy to provide proof, login to your PayPal and find the payment summary
