What do about a scammer?

Hi, I traded a guy for an account, it was my main and I wanted money, We did the trade, I went first, no omm. I check his activity EVERYDAY. He goes on skype, he gives it out for trades, it seems like he took my account, said he'll pay, and just is ignoring me, now I can't even get my account back -___- Where does this go? Can I warn people about this guy? I fear all my items are taken now, dropped/sold and he's using it all for other stuff, this gets on my nerves and I don't know what to do
EDIT: It's level 131, please message me if you know what I can do
Also, no i don't know where these things go sorry

 

Do you have any proof, print screens , PM's or skype chat logs ?
