Scammed by Matthew White (Tom Ford)

I was scammed trying to buy a 64gb iphone 4s (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=11456049#post11456049). He then took my money and proceeded to block me on Skype. I payed two payments of $90, a total of $180. Below are pictures that he sent me before removing me.

I would love to see this guy IP blocked, as he has been banned before,

 

Can you please prove that tomford881 and/or Mwhite2909 are his Skype usernames. And, his gmail address is [email protected]?

[email protected] is also an address he used in the e-mail he sent me, if that has any impact.

But, can you prove that he owns the eMail [email protected]?

 

Is there ever in the Skype conversation where he mentions [email protected]? Or, mwhite2909?

the skype name mwhite2909 is just another alias he used in one of his threads from a while ago which I linked to.
In addition, he showed me this picture in skype video: http://i.imgur.com/pxeDC.png -- which is the same one he sent me in the e-mail.

So, back to the picture at the very top. Because of the timing matches, we can deduce it is him. And, considering he has an eMail called "[email protected]" and some banned member has the same one, as well, I'm banning him for ban evading as well as scamming.
