absolute best pvp gear - mellee

Well just gettign back tothe game looking to see what the current best mellee setup is cash is no matter and I have all chaotics etc.

 

Well, i guess it really depends what you're willing to risk and what stats you're looking for overall. To be fair, here's the best thing i can think of off the top of my head, but it won't be cheap if you die.

Helm: Statius Helmet/Torva Helm (Depends if you'd rather have extra strength bonus or mad defense bonus)
Plate: Vesta Chainbody/Torva Plate (Depends if you'd rather have extra strength bonus or mad defense bonus)
Legs: Vesta's Chainskirt/Torva Legs (Depends if you'd rather have extra strength bonus or mad defense bonus)
Boots: Steadfast Boots
Weapon: Chaotic Maul/Rapier
Shield: Dragon Defender/DFS (Attack bonus or defense bonus w/ +1 strength)
Ring: Berserker Ring (i)
Cape: TokHaar-Kal
Amulet: Saradomin's Whisper/Fury (Strength bonus vs Attack bonus)

 

Dragon Defender has like +25 stab/slash/crush bonuses. This far outweighs the dfs which only has +1 str bonus higher.
