Jagex banning bots and new bot death animations

I been botting all week with powerbot haven't had any problems, I think they are only going after the ad bots and heavily goldfarmed areas, I can see green drag bots being empty soon. Apparently frost drags are pretty empty but I think that's due to most high levels chickening out.

 

This sucks I'm 1.5M Xp away from 99 dung but don't wanna risk getting banned really. If anyone gets banned keep us updated.

 

I'm not too worried Jagex did say we would get 2 chances time after time in the live stream.

 

I find it odd that all these places are bot-free, yet no one is complaining about their bots being banned.

 

The green drags at 35 have been empty for about 2 weeks now on most worlds

 

Because it's probably a mix of paranoia keeping people from botting and major goldfarmers being banned (which doesn't mean much to them).

 

been 24/7 for the past week botting at bandits and its pretty obvious there.. no ban LOL.

 

Got 5 accounts on the same IP picking up swamp toads lol, nothing yet

 

Guys glad to hear you arent banned but that isnt what this thread is about . Post on topic or with proof of a ban or something happening or stop spamming. The mass ban seems to target goldfarming and autotypers so far, no proof of anyone else being banned just yet.

This isnt the thread to say "ive botted so and so and still no ban" so stop doing it, its SPAM.

Its not just another update ... people are actually getting banned and taken care of in a quick fashion now. This is unlike anything that has happened in recent times. Keep in mind this is only day 1 of this shit going on. About to bot dung overnight on main though. Been a ritual for too long, dung ban rates are so small.

 

I used to run a lot of spammers and they kept on instant muting my fresh accounts literally the first sentence I would spam. I slightly switched the sentence I was spamming and the instant mutes no longer occurred. So from that I concluded that if a certain phrase was said on a certain ip it would be an instant mute.

 

you are still prob 100% safe with idung, only going after the obvious bots people care about currently.

 

I wonder what effect this will have on gp prices...

Lol thats exactly what I was thinking when watching them explode (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iAIG8Q5guTA&feature=related). Kind of funny how they nuked them as if they were using a bomb, are there any other cool bot death animations? /me waits for a rswiki page on that.

Don't let other people decide the fate of your account for you. If you want to keep botting, then bot! If you don't want to risk getting banned then stop.
