    Basically they don't exist since people begging/asking for free stuff is allowed. Say if it is a service, someone may offer a free service but you cannot ask for a free one.

    Yeah this is pretty much it. Plus if there was a section like this it would be filled with spam and shit loads of unverified links so I would suspect it would have a few malicious links in there....

    More of a question than suggestion too :) There'd be more people asking for free stuff than people offering them so I doubt it would be any good :/
