    For now, I can only accept 10m at time, due to the amount of money in my PP account I can pay to the MM I am using. If you want more than 10m, I will pay the middleman, then give you the 10m gold, then receive the money from you. This cycle will continue until I have paid you all of your gold. For example, if you want 200m, the cycle will be done 20 times.

    Just FYI, increments or MMs won't prevent you from being at risk of getting all of those incremented payments charged back. I suggest you avoid Paypal unless selling to someone legitimately trusted. Good luck. :)
