I'd say between 20m-30m. As I said above I had a similar main (in terms of 60m xp) but it's stats were a lot higher and had 99 fishing and cooking but that was the only 2 99's. I sold that for 35m. Although this has 2 extra 99's the rest of the stats are only average or below so I'd say top end 20's. So maybe 28m or something

That's just my valuation anyway.
