Stuck in the middle

This is a girl "trouble" thread.

Anyways, there is these two girls who I like. I like the first girl a little more than the second but I think it's because we see each other in person a lot.

The first girl, I've known since 8th grade. She had a thing for me since 8th grade up until junior year when she started going out with a guy. She recently broke up with the guy back in the beginning of June. As far as I know, she likes other guys and all she ever does is talk about "hot guys" she meets at work or this guy Sean, who she hangs out with every once in awhile. She comes over every once in awhile and sleeps over if she stays out late. I like her, but I don't quite know if she likes me or not. Something tells me she doesn't but that's just my opinion.

The second girl, I met her my senior year of high school. I've always liked her since I met her my first day of senior year (third day of school). I find her very attractive, and she recently broke up with her boyfriend because he cheated on her. She's currently living in Washington state, and she'll be coming back to Texas to live with her Dad. I know for a fact that she's interested in me, and she knows that I'm interested in her. When she comes down from Washington, she said that we'll be hanging out a lot more than what we use to spend with each other.

My question is should I go for the girl who doesn't seem to share too much interest in me that I like more, or should I go for the girl who I know is interested me?

 

Spend some time with the second girl. Gauge how you feel from there. If you feel you like her more than the first girl, go with #2. If she's nice and what-not simply explain to her that you are going through some stuff right now or whatever, she should understand if she is a genuine person. If she doesn't, perhaps that is a red light for you. Anyways, if you proceed with not going with #2, make a few slight advances, maybe a hand placed on her lap, but nothing too "out there". If she liked you in the past, some of those feelings will likely linger since she's had contact with you ever since. See how it goes on. If you feel like you still feel for her but gentle probing isn't going anywhere, the best way to proceed would be to just tell her really. If she can't accept this and shuts you down dramatically, well maybe that is a red light for you also.

 

the first girl obviously likes you aswell, but you havent made any kind of move on her?

you need to see what kind of relationship you are wanting, long term short term? how old are you? and they? and attractive is an attribute, look for quality's as well, and measure them up.
